Read the authoritative guidance from the Academy of Royal Medical Colleges. It is written with trainees' e-portfolios in mind but the advice is relevant to all appraisees.

Update on supporting information 2016

The latest guideance from the RCGP applies from April 2016. There have been some important clarifications you should know. Read a précis here
